This notice explains how personal data of visitors to www.efteknoloji.com and users of our contact forms is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data we collect

Name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message submitted through our contact, service request and information request forms; and technical server log data required to operate the site (IP address, browser type, time of visit).

2. Purposes and legal basis

• Receiving and responding to your requests, quotations and service applications (performance of a contract; legitimate interest),
• Managing customer relations and providing after-sales services,
• Ensuring information security and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Sharing

Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary with product manufacturers/suppliers, our service partners, our e-mail and hosting providers, and with competent public authorities where legally required. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing.

4. Retention

Form data is kept for at most 2 years after your request is closed, or for the periods required by law where a commercial relationship is established, and is then deleted or anonymised.

5. Cookies

Our site does not use tracking cookies other than those needed to remember your session and preferences. If anonymised analytics cookies are introduced, this notice will be updated. You can block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to object to results produced by automated analysis and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
